Cathy Antique Cherry Double Bathroom Vanity
Intended for the bathroom of the master’s bedroom, this huge Cathy Antique Cherry Double Bathroom Vanity is six feet in width providing enough room for two 16-inch sinks, with still plenty of room to spare. It is 22 inches in depth and 33 inches in height.
The vanity is designed to be topped with stone which could either be travertine or granite. The latter can either be in Baltic brown of black galaxy. Two openings on either side of the stone counter reveal under-mounted ivory ceramic sinks. These are oval-shaped with their long sides slightly protruding forward, forcing the countertop into contours. The exterior rim and the opening for the sinks are finished in French edge for a softer look and feel. Pre-drilled holes behind the sinks allow the installation of standard 8-inch center faucets.
The cabinet below the counter follows its contour. There are nine drawers stacked in three columns of three, with sizes that successively increase as they go lower. The columns are at the extreme ends and in the middle of the cabinet. Between them are two large shelved storage areas, each concealed by a set of double doors. All these provide plenty of storage space for your towels, bathrobes, and other bathroom linen, as well as soaps, perfumeries, deodorants, shaving cream, make-up, and other grooming needs.
The drawer fronts and doors all have raised moldings giving the vanity a simple yet effective décor. The drawers are opened with copper knobs while the doors are fitted with brass pullers. These blend well with the cherry finish of the wood completing its antique look.
The frame, base, and feet of the Cathy Antique Cherry Double Bathroom Vanity is made of solid wood for strength and durability. The sides and panels, on the other hand, are constructed of composite wood. Metal drawer glides are installed in all drawers for easy opening and protection of the wood from premature wearing.
