Nerino Alaina Espresso BC-301E Bathroom Vanity
The lines of the Nerino Alaina Espresso BC-301E Bathroom Vanity are simple and straight. It is a contemporary vanity that blends technological advances in glass manufacture and traditional wood craftsmanship.
The counter is a thick turquoise glass that gently, graciously, and seamlessly descends into a large sink right in its center. Its front end is slightly thrust in the middle following the contour of the sink. It is supported by a wood cabinet colored with a dark espresso with which it contrasts beautifully.
Three slats of wood conceal the sunken portion of the basin, while right below them are two doors that open to a storage area. The doors are made of frosted patterned glass panes that are framed in wood. They are attached to the cabinet by spring-loaded European-style hinges. Behind the doors are two fixed shelves where you can store your toiletries and bathroom linen.
The frame of the vanity is made of solid rubberwood, a strong and flexible wood that is also resistant to mold and mildew. These are treated and applied with pressure during drying to prevent warping. The frame assures a stable base and support for the vanity.
The side panels are constructed out of veneer wood of high quality, while those at the back are made of medium density fiberboard or MDF. The latter has an opening for the sink’s plumbing. These are also properly dried to protect them from warping and cracking.
All wood are coated with special sealants to protect them from peeling and fading that could result from high humidity levels. The painting is protected from moisture by a clear-coat layer that does not affect its color.
The Nerino Alaina Espresso BC-301E Bathroom Vanity comes with a matching mirror framed at the top and bottom with the same material as the vanity cabinet, as well as a chrome P-trap.
