Probably intended for couples who both have to hurry to work at the same time in the mornings, Virtu Cathy Double Bathroom Vanity LD-1090 features two sinks, one for him and another for her.
The Cathy LD-1090, with a width of 72″, provides plenty of room for the two sinks. These are ivory ceramic bowls measuring 18″ mounted into the vanity top. Holes for faucets are pre-drilled. For the top, you have a choice of three finishes –the Baltic brown, black galaxy, and travertine. Whichever of these finishes you choose, it will match the rich espresso finish of the cabinet.
The cabinet is of a sturdy solid beech construction. It has nine drawers and two large cabinets, each enclosed by double doors. The drawers are of different sizes, and are grouped in stacks of three, with the top being the smallest and the bottom as the biggest. Two stacks are at the ends of the cabinet front while the third is in the middle. Between these drawers are the cabinets. Because of they are under the sinks, the cabinet’s front and doors are molded in the shape of the washbowl.
Raised trims decorate all drawers as well as the cabinet doors. These provide a touch of elegance to an otherwise simple and straightforward design. Drawer knobs in copper and door pullers in brass further provide an accent to the Cathy Double Bathroom Vanity.
The vanity is 36″ high, and with its width of 72″ and depth of 22″, there is plenty of room on the top for your most frequently used set of toiletries. For those used less often, there are the nine drawers; and for your towels and robes, the two cabinets.
